Having been raised in Vernon Parish, Dr. Christina Lord was very happy to return home to Leesville in 2004 to open her solo OB/GYN medicalpractice. She currently owns Oak Pointe Wellness Center in downtown Leesville, where services in gynecology, cardiology, generalsurgery, and cosmetic medicine are now offered.
Mandy is the Sales Manager for KJAE Radio/Pene Broadcasting Co., Inc. Mandy is also a member of the lions Club and loves volunteering at different events. Mandy is a graduate of Leesville High School. As a Chamber Board member, she hopes to contribute her thoughts and ideas to help the Chamber in any way she can.
Steve is the Regional Manger for the Southern Region of Barksdale Federal CreditUnion. Steve is a proud supporter of The Lions Club, The Chamber of Commerce, The Military Affairs Committee and AUSA. He is a multi-term member of The Vernon Parish School Board, serving two terms as President and currently Finance Chairman.
Rick joined the staff at KVVP in the 70’s and worked as an announcer and salesperson before working his last 15 years as Station Manager. KVVP was the first FM station Vernon Parish. He also worked with the local cable TV franchise as Regional Manager for CableTime, an advertising service provider.
Tammy, a native of Baton Rouge, has been a resident of Vernon Parish for 37 years. She is a Leesville Lions Club member; a member of the Leesville Municipal Golf Course Committee and Director for The Friends of Leesville Main Street Program. Her future plans are to continue to help our community thrive.
Jack is the Lead Pastor of Leesville First Assembly of God. Been in full time ministry since June 1994. I truly believe the greatest days of Vernon Parish are here now and I look forward with great expectation to seeing this great parish grow and flourish.
Lora has been a residence of Vernon Parish for 28 years, she moved here in 1993 from Las Vegas,NV. Loravis currently a P&C Insurance agent for Jennifer Stevens at the local GEICO office. She enjoys church functions, health and fitness activities, movies, reading and spending time with friends.
Michael has been involved with the Chamber of Commerce for nearly 20 years, having served as a Board Member multiple times. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forestry from Louisiana Tech University, and I worked in the timber industry prior to going to work at the Assessor’s Office in 2005.
